You will be getting better! The focus is on finding new ways of doing things. The goal is positive change in behaviour, not just a temporary mood improvement. This change is only possible if there is a willingness to embark on a learning process that involves a combination of action and reflection. At all stages of this process all forms of human awareness and functioning are taken into account: cognition (thinking), affect (emotions), sensation, imagery and behaviour.
