Coaching is about finding out what your strengths are rather than focusing on your weaknesses and focusing on solutions rather than problems. Discovering and using your own (often hidden, untapped) resources can bring about remarkable changes in both your personal and professional life. A coach works with you to help you clarify where you want to go and how to get there.
