Coaching / Workshops in Cultural Adjustment for Expatriate Employees
Companies often take it for granted that their ex-pat employees will just settle in given some time. Meanwhile, foreigners often fall into the trap of Swiss-bashing or blaming all their difficulties on their new context.
Making a coaching service available to ex-pat employees (and their families) may help to pre-empt problems and increase job satisfaction and productivity. It will also take pressure off HR professionals and allow them to focus on their core tasks.
Much of my training work over the last fifteen years has been with multicultural and expatriate groups. My skills, experience and positive attitude have enabled me to get the best out of people in this demanding context.
